Police past notice on the gate of Ajay Mishra for his son Ashish Mishra to come in front of police

Lakhimpur: BJP Union Minister of State for Home Kumar Ajay Mishra’s son Ashish Mishra, who was asked to appear before the police at 10 am on Friday in connection with the Lakhimpur Kheri violence, did not reach the police lines till 10.30 am, sources said.

Deputy Inspector General (Headquarters) Upendra Agarwal who is heading the probe team arrived at the office on time, they said.

“Ashish Mishra has not turned up till now,” an official source said around 10.30 am.

After two men were arrested on Thursday, the police pasted a notice outside his house asking him to appear before police,  he has  connection with the violence that claimed eight lives crushed down by bjp union minister Ajay Mishra’s son Ashish Mishra.

Inspector-General of Police Laxmi Singh said they had formed different teams for the case. While evading questions on why Mr. Ashish Mishra was not yet arrested, she said, “Nobody who has been involved in the incident will be left out.”

Ms. Singh said instances of firing or any firearm injuries had not been found. “Therefore, we have to proceed with other evidence,” she told reporters.

What happened in Lakhimpur

As per video one can easily see that the farmers are going ahead with flags in hands without any noise, then the cars starts crossing over farmers. They treated farmers like insects and rush their cars over farmers. First black jeep ride over the farmers and clear the road the behind that black jeep 2 more cars were passed.

Four of the eight people who died on Sunday were farmers, allegedly knocked down by a vehicle carrying BJP workers. Angry farmers then allegedly lynched some people in the vehicles.The other dead included two BJP workers and their driver.
