A pregnant lady is always in 50% lock down even in normal circumstances to take care of a life growing inside her. During this special time she is dependent and shouldering the most important responsibility in this world. First of all it is the duty of every member in the house and specially husband to take good care of a pregnant woman. She is a proof of God’s miracle by carrying a baby in her womb. She is going through a natural process of becoming a mother. So it’s her duty also to take a good care of her body and brain, physical health and mental health. Pregnancy and prenatal is a very special time in woman’s life. Nothing can be more joyful and blessed thing than to become a mother.So three special practice for a pregnant woman. First thing is to stay relaxed whole day. For this she should take some relaxation therapies by a therapist, by listening good relaxing music, by meditation or by any relaxing technique.Relaxation keeps her mind calm which helps baby to grow well and healthy.This method removes her unnecessary anxiety and stress.When mother is relaxed, baby grows in peace and positive environment.Second method is to read some good, positive and spiritual or holy books.Good reading always feed your mind with good and positive thoughts. Its important because whatever mother feels, think and eat ,it goes straight to baby’s mind.LOCK DOWN can be a tough time for her, so she should plan her day to subside negative and fearful thoughts.Third important thing is her diet. Office going men are struggling totally staying at home as they are not habitual of it like house wives. To combat this period ,they have increased their screen time which is not good for their mental health.Some people are working from home. They are working online continuously (PREGNANT LADY) which leads to eyes pain, headache, and poor sleep.Moreover they spend rest of their time in watching movies, videos and online games.Today internet has become our virtual GOD. Psychologically time period between 40 – 50 is middle aduldhood age.This is the period when we are settled in terms of career, family and socially. But this is also a period of self introspection, when we think about our achievements, self satisfaction and self growth. So specially these adults must plan their each day.They should start working on their weaker skills like business planning and any other. They must work on their hidden talents, be it singing, be it dancing, be it chess playing, be it writing etc,which they left due to earning and for family.We must never kill our natural talents.

HOW TO PLAN OUR DAY?

  • Plan your day a day before.
  • Plan everyday differently.This removes boredom.
  • On Monday do house hold like cooking and gardening or dusting etc, work after office work. Physical work changes our mood.
  • On Tuesday work on your hobby.
  • On Wednesday practice some spiritual activity like meditation, self hypnosis or relaxation.
  • On Thursday enjoy movie on T.V. screen with family.
  • On Friday do some business planning during lock down.
