Looking For SEO Friendly Content

How to Write SEO Friendly Content

The “SEO” part was supposed to make the content friendlier for the search engines. You had to sprinkle the targeted keyword every 100 words or so in your copy, but it’s not working (How to write SEO Friendly Content) anymore. Here I’m sharing extremely few points to create SEO friendly content.

Keyword Research

Keyword research is one of the crucial steps in SEO. It is the process to identify popular words and phrases used on search engines by users who are looking for content. Keyword research should be done based on high search volume, high relevancy and less competition. There are two types of a keyword.

  1. Short tail:
  • They consist of less than 3 words
  • They have high search volume and high competition
  1. Long tail:
  • These keywords are very specific
  • They consist of more than 3 words

Shape of content

“Shape” could mean different things. By “Shape” you might mean something very general or very detailed. Copying the basic shape would surely not be plagiarism. Consider: most essays ever written has this Shape: Introduction, body, conclusion. There’s nothing intellectually unique about that.

Image optimization

You need a blueprint for each type of content template you have so that you can draw elements of your product data feed/database and apply those intelligently to on-page elements including Titles, Descriptions, Breadcrumbs, Headers, Image Alt tags etc.

Use Headings

Headings also help Google to grasp the main topics of a long post and therefore can help in your ranking. If you want people to find their way through your articles, help them scan your page.

Create tuneful titles

Titles impact your SEO. Use your target keyword at the beginning of your title. Keep your title under 60 character. Google displays the first 60 characters in the search results. Make sure to describe the post’s content accurately.

Meta tag creation

Meta tags are text fragments that identify the content of the website; meta tags do not exist on the site itself, but only in the source code of the page. Meta tags are small information descriptors that let search engines know what the web page is all about.

Optimize the length of a paragraph

The lengthy paragraph can take your user quality low. Use different formatting options, change your font. That makes it easier for mobile users to read the content and make your content less boring.

Thin content

Preparing any SEO friendly content requires a proper hierarchy and step’s while preparing content. Prepare the points you want to share on your content, Make the structure for the same. Give an appropriate gap between the paragraphs and share your inputs/ ideas accordingly.
