Which kind of movie is Rashmi Rocket?

Rashmi Rocket Trailer Released today. The Bollywood movie, starring Taapsee Pannu in the lead role, is about a country girl who dreams of becoming an international athlete. She work hard to achieve the position but she have to fight for her respect. Besides Taapsee, the film also stars Priyanshu Painyuli, Abhishek Bannerjee and Supriya Pathak.

In the trailer, Taapsee’s Rashmi is introduced as a talented runner since her childhood. She won honors for the country and climbed the ladder of success. However, her life takes a turn when she is called in for a gender verification test, which leaves her shattered. On charges of fraud and ban from the national team, she files a human rights violation case and with the help of a lawyer played by Abhishek, she fights for justice.

Directed by Akarsh Khurana, the Rashmi Rocket will be launched on October 15, on Zee5. The film was co-written by Kanika Dillon, who also collaborated with Taapsee for Haseen Dillruba.
