Latest Notification released from Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test, informs the candidates that Paper 1 & Paper 2 will be held on 27 June and 28 June. Candidates aspiring to appear for Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test 2020 exam are advised to check for the TNTET Exam updates.
As per the TNTET 2020 Exam Schedule, the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test Paper I & Paper II will be held on 27 June and 28 June. The Registration Process is expected to begin with official notification release of official notification regarding the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test.

Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test Exam Scheme 2020
The TRB will conduct the Exam in two sessions – Paper 1 and Paper 2.
Paper 1 – For Primary Teachers (Class 1 to 5)
Paper 2 – For Upper Primary Teachers (Class 6 to 8).
Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test act a screening test for teacher recruitment in Tamil Nadu. So, candidates must appear for this exam and take the Eligibility Certificate first if they wish to apply for any teaching jobs in Tamil Nadu. All the attending candidates who obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the exam will be declared as passed ones and will awarded with the Certificate of Marks.
A total of 162314 candidates for Paper 1 and 379733 candidates for Paper 2 appeared for the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test exam conducted in June 2019 by the Tamil Nadu Teacher Recruitment Board. The TRB has already released the Final Result, Mark-sheet and Certificate of TNTET 2019.
AGE LIMIT: The minimum age limit for Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test 2020 exam is 18 years for all category candidates.
* B.Ed. is mandatory in order for appearing in the exam.
* Candidates need to apply online for Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test 2020 Exam by filling the registration form along with application form at https://www.trb.tn.nic.in, once the TRB starts the online application process.
